⚡How many efforts and strategic thinking do you invest in branding? ⚡

📢Just Yesterday I caught up with a former mentee of mine. Yuan shared with me some thoughts from the path of branding we walked. He is now referring to his career as a senior quality leader “Before branding” and “After branding.” Two hours later I saw this fantastic branding example, and my first association was (obviously) about Quality.

Think about it for a moment through the eyes of a quality leader:
Quality is like any other “product”; you want people to use it, to engage with it, to give it their attention. With the right branding, you can change how people percept quality. Moreover, it can drive new collaborations, initiatives, and increase awareness across the organization and even beyond it. Branding gets recognition and expands the perceived value. Just imagine with the right branding, how many attention, focus and support you can get for quality in your organization.
