ABOUT ADDING VALUE TO OTHERS

When was the last time you asked yourself what you can do to help others, instead of what others owe to you?

You see, you are investing a lot of efforts in enforcing everyone to follow principals and processes to sustain quality, but what if I tell you-you are wasting your time?

Quality is a big word, incorporated within various methodologies and approaches. What you perceived as Quality is not necessarily what others see as quality, or what your organization needs at this specific point of time.

If you have to enforce discipline, it means that people in your organization did not recognize the value they get from quality. Got it? THAT IS THE GAP YOU SHOULD BE WORKING ON.

BTW – from my experience, it much easier to tackle this gap instead of making sure some people comply some of their time.
